Classic, Timeless, Elegant.

When I first met with Megan to discuss her wedding flowers at Saltmarshe Hall, I knew immediately what she and Luke were looking for in their wedding flowers, simple elegance, timeless and classic style. They chose white playa blanca roses with reflexed petals for the bridal party.

Megan and Luke thought carefully about each detail and each moment of their wedding. They felt that as the Abbey is so large they needed something to mark the ceremony area and asked if there was any way to decorate the entrance to the Chapel without adding too much to their budget, I suggested using their table centre bowls on perspex plinths which worked beautifully.

Saltmarshe Hall is one of my favourite venues light, airy and modern, yet rich with original features and heritage. Low floral bowls filled with roses, hydrangeas and gypsophila suited the space perfectly, while small black ribbons on each chair echoed the black and white theme.

Large urns brimming with hydrangeas, roses and gypsophila stood proud in the magnificent Selby Abbey with meadow arrangements elegantly lining the aisle of the Chapel.
